In the name of God, amen, I Samuel Blaker (sic) of the Township of Warwick in the County of Bucks in the province of Pennsylvania, millwright, considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound and perfect mind and memory blessed be Almighty God for the same, do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following, that is to say, first and principally, I commend my soul to Almighty God, who gave it, and my body to the earth, to be buried in christian like and decent manner, at the discretion of my executors here after named, and as touching and concerning my worldly estate, chattles, goods and effects, I do give, devise, bequeath and dispose of the same as here after follows And first my Will is, and I do hereby order and direct, that all my just debts and personal expences shall be first and immediately paid. Imprimis, I do give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Catherine Blaker all that or this my lands tenement or plantation, where of I am now possesed and wherein I now dwell, scituate (sic), lying and being in Warwick Township abovementioned (sic), and containing fifty acres of land, more or less, with all its appertenances, to have and to hold the said land and premisis with every of its appertenances unto her my said wife Catherine and to her heirs and assigns forever: And further, I do also give and bequeath unto my said wife CathJuly 25, 2011 which together with one hundred and twenty pounds, heretofore by me given and put into her hands ammounts unto the sum of two hundred pounds: I do also give unto her my riding mare, her saddle, bridle and one smith (sic) cow together with all my household goods and furniture of every sort and kind and also her beds and furniture, the said land and money together with the chattles and moveable effects, as aforesaid I do give devise and bequeath unto her and her heirs and assigns forever, and to and for no other use, intent or purpose whatsoever
Item I do give and bequeath unto my son Peter Blaker the sum of five schillings lawful
money of Pennsylvania: And lastly, I do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint, my aforesaid well beloved wife Catherine Blaker, and my trusty friend Andrew McMicken of Warwick above mentioned, to be the joint executors of this my Last Will and Testament and further, I do hereby revoke, disannul and make void all former and every other Will or Wills, Testament or Testaments, by me formerly made, ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my Last Will and Testament: In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal, the ninth day of March in the sixteenth year of the reign of King George the Third and in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy Six. 1776
