VERONICA HONER

VERONICA HONER of Doylestown died Thursday, Aug. 14, 2003, at her daughter's home in Doylestown. She was 82.She was the wife of the late JACK HONER.Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she was a daughter of the late JOHN and MARGARET DOCKWEILER SARTOR.

Veronica was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of World War II.She was a member of numerous veterans organizations including WAVES National, Women's Memorial Foundation, Bux-Mont Women Veterans Association, Women's Marines Association and the Marine Corps League.She is survived by two daughters,

The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m. on Monday and from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday at Shelly Funeral Home, 1460 Easton Road, Warrington.A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 235 E. State St., Doylestown.

If desired, memorials in Veronica's name may be sent to Fox Chase Cancer Center, 333 Cottman Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19111.
